Join the Mill Valley Police Department by registering your security camera, with our Security Registration program. The program allows for officers to identify potential footage that can assist in their investigation. By doing so, it helps strengthen the partnership between the community and our police department.
Registering your camera does not mean we will have access to the footage, but instead means that we will be aware that camera exists when investigating a crime. The registry is kept confidential, and if necessary, the police will contact participants of the program to request a copy of their footage. It will help increase efficiency since it would avoid officers from having to go door to door asking about security cameras.
