On January 24, 2023, Mr. Robert Silvestri of Community Venture Partners, Inc. filed an appeal of the Planning Commission action to approve the mixed-use project referred to as “Richardson Terrace”. The appeal is scheduled for the March 6, 2023, City Council meeting. The meeting will take place at 5:30pm at City Hall in Council Chambers, 26 Corte Madera Avenue, Mill Valley, CA (LINK).
