A new touch screen kiosk is in the City Hall lobby to help customers make appointments for building permit and planning services. The kiosk offers a large touch screen keyboard that makes typing content easy to use. The kiosk works like a giant wireless smart phone and tablet that serves to streamline City services. So far, customer response has been positive.
This new kiosk communicates with the City’s "Qless" system which is an automated queuing system to reduce wait times for Planning and Building Department customers. Skip the line and make an appointment with the Planning and Building Department via:
