8. Consideration of a Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Execute an Encroachment License, Maintenance, and Removal Agreement with Friends of No. 9, Inc. for Installation and Maintenance of the Historic Steam Engine Locomotive “Engine No. 9.”

PUBLIC HEARING
9. Introduction and First Reading of an Ordinance Amending Title 14 (“Building and Construction”) of the Mill Valley Municipal Code Adding Chapter 14.36 (“Mandatory Seismic Retrofit of Certain Residential Buildings”).
Recommended Action: Introduce the Ordinance and waive First Reading.
