Recommended Action: Approve the action minutes. 


3. Consideration of Continuing to Make Findings Authorizing the Use of Remote Teleconferencing Option for the Public Meetings of Mill Valley’s Legislative Bodies as Required by Assembly Bill 361.

Recommended Action: Make findings to have the option to hold remote meetings as allowed by Assembly Bill 361.


4. Confirmation of Outcomes from the 2022 City Council Annual Retreat.

Recommended Action: Receive report and confirm outcomes.


5. Consideration of a Resolution for the Addition to the Existing Critical Outdoor Alerting System Known as the Long-Range Acoustic Device (LRAD).

Recommended Action: Adopt Resolution No. 22-___.


6. Consideration of a Budget Adjustment for Overtime Revenues and Expenses for the Mill Valley Fire Department.

15. Introduction and First Reading of an Ordinance Adding Chapter 8.80 to the Mill Valley Municipal Code Regarding Establishment of a Military Equipment Use Policy for the Mill Valley Police Department.

Recommended Action: Introduce Ordinance and waive First Reading.


16. Consideration of a Resolution Authorizing the Planning Commission to Adopt a CEQA Mitigated Negative Declaration and to Approve a Tentative Parcel Map Application to Subdivide 585 Throckmorton Avenue, with Exceptions Pursuant to Mill Valley Municipal Code Chapter 21.36. Sutton Suzuki Architects, Applicant for Patricia E. Loy Trust, Owner; APN #027-171-17; File No. PL20-4961.
