Summer Reading 2020: Wild About Books

The Mill Valley Library's summer reading program is going virtual for kids and teens!  

Children in preschool through fifth grade can win Wild About Books stickers and more by making reading a daily habit.

2. Download a reading log or pick one up at the Library at our curbside service, which is starting soon. 

Plus we'll have fun activities starting June 15, like Grab & Go activity bags, Picture Book Packs to help you find great books, and virtual programs to can look forward to all summer.


Fourth through eighth graders can get a Personalized Reading List to kick start their summer reading. They can fill out a questionnaire or sign up for a one-on-one zoom call with a Librarian to get five titles especially chosen for them.


For middle and high school students: 

Save yourself from boredom this summer and take our Library-At-Home challenge! Sign up here to get entered into a raffle for gift cards to local businesses, Audible, and Alibris ebooks. You will also get a weekly newsletter with exclusive interviews from authors. Read about the books they have coming out and get the chance to win free copies.

Track your challenges on your reading log (print it from our website or pick one up at our curbside service) and share your experiences on Instagram with #librarysummer for the chance to win more prizes.
