Fermentation Nation: Sourdough 2.0

In a sourdough slump? Tired of the merely excellent white-flour loaves you're turning out? Need more fiber in your diet? Give your starter the thrill of meeting nourishing whole grains, ancient and heirloom varieties, and bold mix-ins to take your hearth loaves to the next level.

We'll highlight and demonstrate a few recipes and techniques, bake an example on the spot, and it's probably best if we eat a few sample loaves in class too.
