Dion Nellon is an accomplished Bay Area chef with more than fifteen years of experience at restaurants such as Oliveto, Pican, and Annabelle’s. He has also worked in the corporate kitchens at Adobe, Google, and Bayer. With a focus on local/organic ingredients and the goal of teaching professional techniques to home cooks.
