Fermentation Nation: Korean Kimchi

Fall is the perfect time for the warming qualities of kimchi. Aruna Lee will lead class in hands-on kimchi making.

Aruna Lee founded Volcano Kimchi in 2014. Her kimchi is organic, vegan and gluten-free, and has no refined sugars. She sources most of her ingredients for her kimchi and other products from local organic growers. She believes that ingredients and practices that support the Earth also make for a superior kimchi.
