APPROVAL OF AGENDA

APPROVAL OF MINUTES: MINUTES FROM APRIL 28, 2014

PUBLIC HEARINGS:

1. 501 Tamalpais – Design Review, Tree Permit and Categorical Exemption- File No. PL12-4035 (Zanarini)
The construction of a new 4,687 square foot residence, which includes a 999 square foot lower level, a 2,067 square foot middle level and a 1,472 upper level on a 56,071 square foot lot. The project also includes a 649 square foot partially covered carport and a parking deck.

This item is continued to the May 27 Planning Commission agenda.

2. 148 Elm Avenue – Design Review and Categorical Exemption– File No. PL13-4159 (Zanarini)
Design Review Hearing the construction of a new 877 square foot upper level and a 218 square foot addition to the existing 1,036 square foot main level of the residence on a 6,376 square foot lot. The project also includes demolition of an existing 858 square foot second unit and replace with a new 336 square foot second unit. The project was first heard by the Planning Commission on March 24, 2014. Revisions currently presented are based on the Planning Commission’s recommendations from the past meeting.

3. 111 Janes St.- Design Review and Categorical Exemption- File PL13-4161 (Zanarini)
Design Review Hearing for an addition to an existing 1,787 square foot residence that includes an 886 square foot addition to the first level and 677 square foot addition to the second level and an 80 square foot addition to the attached garage. A 502 square foot below grade basement area is not included in the floor area. The proposed house is 3,550 square feet with a 500 square foot attached garage and 502 square foot below grade storage area.
