2. Consideration of the Minutes of the May 19, 2014 Regular City Council Meeting, the June 18, 2014 Special City Council Meeting, and the June 26, 2014 Special City Council Meeting.
Recommended Action: Approve the May 19, 2014 Regular City Council Meeting, the June 18, 2014 Special City Council Meeting, and the June 26, 2014 Special City Council Meeting minutes.

3. Designation of a Voting Delegate and Alternate for Annual League of California Cities Conference: September 3 – 5, 2014.

4. Consideration of a Resolution Accepting a $3,500 Donation from the Friends of Bayfront Meadow to the City for Purchase and Installation of a Memorial Bench at Bayfront Park.

8. Consideration of a Resolution Approving an Integrated Pest Management policy as a requirement of the City’s Stormwater Permit.

Consideration of a Resolution Authorizing the Execution of an On-Bill Financing Agreement with Pacific Gas and Electric and the Execution of a Contract with DC Electric for the Replacement of High Pressure Sodium City Streetlights with Light Emitting Diode (LED’s) Fixtures (Continued from June 16, 2014, and June 26, 2014).

14. Consideration of a Resolution Approving the Plans and Specifications and Authorizing the City Manager to Execute and Award a Contract to Construct the School Traffic Calming Project No. SR2SL5113(05) Adjacent to Park School and Tamalpais High School.
