4. Consideration of the Minutes of the April 15, 2013 Regular City Council Meeting. Recommended Action: Approve the April 15, 2013 Regular City Council Meeting minutes.
5. Consideration of a Resolution Authorizing the Execution of a Memorandum of Understanding between Mill Valley Fire Chief Officers Association, IAFF, Local 1775 and the City of Mill Valley. Recommended Action: Adopt Resolution No. ___.
6. Consideration of a Resolution calling the General Municipal Election on November 5, 2013 and Requesting Consolidation and Services by County Clerk. Recommended Action: Adopt Resolution Nos.__.
7. Consideration of a Resolution Establishing Policies to Contain and Reduce Costs Associated with the City’s Pension and Other Post Employment Benefits. (Continued from April 15, 2013 Regular City Council Meeting). Recommended Action: Adopt Resolution No. ___.
8. Consideration of the Grand Jury Report “A Sobering Center in Marin – One Small Step in Solving a Big Problem” and Authorization of Response. Recommended Action: Approve Response.
9. Consideration of a Resolution Adopting an Amendment to the Marin Telecommunications Authority Joint Powers Authority Agreement. Recommended Action: Adopt Resolution No. ___.
10. Consideration of Acceptance of a $2500 donation from the American Automobile Association (AAA) to the Mill Valley Community Emergency Response Team program. Recommended Action: Approve the donation.
11. Update of the Neighborhood Traffic Calming Program. Recommended Action: Receive report.
12. Consideration of the Introduction of an Ordinance Approving Amendments to Certain Portions of Title 20 of the Mill Valley Municipal Code, Zoning Ordinance, Regarding “Floor Area Ratio” and “Residential Second Units” (Continued from March 4, 2013, and April 1, 2013 Regular City Council Meetings). Recommended Action: Continue to the May 20, 2013 Regular City Council Meeting.
13. Adoption of the Outcomes of the Annual City Council Retreat. Recommended Action: Receive report and confirm outcomes.

14. Presentation of the Parks and Recreation Commission’s Recommendation for the Renovation of the Boyle Park Tennis Courts. Recommended Action: Receive presentation, discuss and provide direction to proceed as appropriate.
15. Presentation of Status and Next Steps Regarding the Plan Bay Area and Draft Environmental Impact Report Being Developed by ABAG and MTC. Recommended Action: Receive presentation, discuss and provide direction as appropriate.
