2. Election of City Council Officers; Mayor and Vice Mayor. Recommended Action: Elect a new Mayor and Vice Mayor.
CONSENT CALENDAR
3. Warrants--$ 1,541,745.79. Recommended Action: Approve paying expenses authorized by the adopted City Budget.
4. Consideration of the Minutes of the November 19, 2012 Regular City Council Meeting. Recommended Action: Approve the November 19, 2012 Regular City Council Meeting minutes.
5. Consideration of a Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to execute an amendment to the agreement for legal services with Richards, Watson & Gershon to reflect new hourly rates. Recommended Action: Adopt Resolution No. ___.
