MEASURE TO BE VOTED ON
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the following measure is to be voted on at the special municipal election to be held in the City of Mill Valley, on Tuesday, the 8th day of November, 2016.
“To renew funding exclusively for improved fire safety activities, street maintenance, and road repair, shall the Mill Valley Municipal Service Tax be renewed within the City of Mill Valley Community Facilities District Number 2016-1, at a rate of $266 for single family residential property, with a 2% annual adjustment, raising an average of $1.79 million annually over 10 years, and shall the appropriations limit be established, all as specified in Mill Valley City Council Resolution No. 16-39?”

Register to Vote
Residents who have moved or changed their name must re-register to be eligible to vote in future elections. Postage-paid, preaddressed registration forms may be obtained from any post office, city/town hall, public library or fire station in Marin County.
Register to Vote in Person
Residents may also register to vote in person at the Marin County Registrar of Voters' Office. Office hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. The phone number is 499-6456, and the fax number is 499-6447. If you have moved or changed your name you must re-register to be eligible to vote in any future elections.
