Meet the Trainers
With over 15 years experience, Elisa Menzel helps men and women
of all fitness levels reach their goals quickly - and have fun in the process.
Elisa is a graduate of Berlin School of Physical Therapy and is a Certified
Personal Trainer. She also holds a degree in Nutrition Education at
Bauman College, Berkeley and specializes in weight loss coaching.
Dedicated to women's health, she enjoys helping women - from
teenage girls to seniors - to be their very best. Elisa's background in
Physical Therapy qualifies her to safely train post-surgical clients with
rehabilitation needs. Her calm, supportive, can-do attitude makes
sessions with Elisa both effective and enjoyable.

Tilda Loftin has 15 years of experience of personal training, fitness instructor and massage therapy and her passion for fitness and health just keeps growing. She is NASM certified and specializes in corrective exercise and senior fitness. Tilda has a degree in Human Performance/Athletic Injury care and is a CAMTC certified massage therapist. Her combined knowledge from both coaching and massage therapy gives her a unique perspective on how to most effectively meet her clients needs. Tilda enjoys teaching group exercise classes and her focus is proper technique. With proper technique you can quickly yet safely get stronger fast. She likes to combine high intensity intervals to get the heart rate up with strength training to maximize her classes. Work hard, keep it fun and see great results!

Sheri Lempert is a personal trainer and group fitness instructor, with
over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry. She holds certifications
from NASM, ACE, TRX and Maddog Athletics. She is currently working toward
a certification in weight management, and nutrition. Sheri enjoys working
with people of all ages, and abilities and has experience working with
pre and post natal women. She offers her clients a safe, effective,
challenging, and enjoyable workout, aimed at reaching their health,
fitness, and lifestyle goals. Sheri has a true passion for inspiring others
to remain strong, and vibrant by living active, healthy lives.

Tom Beyer is a certified Fitness Trainer with The American Council in
Exercise (ACE), the American Institute of Fitness Educators and
Nautilus of Marin. He holds a B.A. degree as well as teaching credentials
in yoga and meditation. For years, Tom has been helping people of all
fitness levels and rehabilitation needs work toward their goals. He offers
a comprehensive program, which combines weight and cardio machines
with a wide variety of free weight movement and stretching, all in a
personal, fun and effective way.

Tracey O'Hare has over 20 years experience as a personal Fitness Trainer
and holds a B.S. in Kinesiology, a B.S. in Exercise Physiology, and
certifications from the American College of Sports Medicine(ACSM) and
The American Council on Exercise (ACE). Tracey’s expertise is in working
with beginners, seniors, and those with rehabilitation needs. Noted for
her excellent teaching skills, she gives her clients a sound understanding
of exercise techniques and principles allowing them to progress safely
and confidently while pursuing fitness goals.

24 hour cancellation/rescheduling is required for all appointments in order to avoid being charged.
These one hour and 30 minute sessions combine the principles of Aerobic/Cardio training and Strength training customized to your goals. The trainer will help you target your areas of need, with strict attention given to any preexisting medical or physical conditions and, if necessary, help you with rehabilitation.
*As a service to all patrons if you purchase an annual pass we will provide a free fitness equipment orientation with one of our trained fitness staff. If you are not an annual pass holder you may attend a 30min fitness floor orientation with a qualified trainer for $15
*You must book one 1/2 hour training session ($15) with one of our personal trainers to get approved to use the fitness floor. If you purchase an annual pass we will provide this for free.
