Basic Photoshop for Photography | March 28th, 7:00pm
In this class we will cover a range of Photoshop skills used to complement photography. The class will focus on basic photo corrections. We’ll take a brief look at file formats and Camera Raw, and learn how to make tonal adjustments to an image. We’ll explore retouching with the myriad tools Photoshop has to offer, including the Clone Stamp, Healing Brush, Spot Healing Brush, and Sponge Tool. Finally, we’ll see the power of using content-aware mode as an option for repairing or replacing areas of an image, as well as learning how to selectively blur and sharpen areas of an image for effect.
