5. Consideration of a Resolution Authorizing the Execution of a Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Mill Valley and the County of Marin for a Creek Restoration Project at Boyle Park. Recommended Action: Adopt Resolution No. ___.

6. Consideration of a Resolution authorizing the execution of a Memorandum of Understanding with the Sustainable Energy & Economic Development Fund, Administered by Strategic Energy Innovations (SEI), for Cooperative Purchasing of Renewable Energy. Recommended Action: Adopt Resolution No. ___.

7. Appeal of the Planning Commission’s Decision Regarding 111 Kipling Drive by Danielle and Garrett O’Doherty for the Proposed Second Story Addition. Recommended Action: Adopt Resolution No. ____ denying the appeal and approving the Design Review application.
