2. Presentation of a Proclamation Honoring the Tamalpais High School Boys Baseball Team and the Girls Softball Team on Their Recent Trip to Cuba.

3. Presentation of a Proclamation Declaring April 2013, as Fair Housing Month in the City of Mill Valley.

Recommended Action: Approve paying expenses authorized by the adopted City Budget.

5. Consideration of the Minutes of the April 1, 2013 Regular City Council Meeting.
Recommended Action: Approve the April 1, 2013 Regular City Council Meeting minutes.

6. Confirmation of Upcoming City Council Meeting Dates Including the Annual Community Meeting and City Council Retreat.
Recommended Action: Confirm proposed dates.

7. Adoption of a Proclamation Declaring April 22, 2013 as Earth Day in the City of Mill Valley.
Recommended Action: Adopt Proclamation.

8. Consideration of the Grand Jury Report “Marin on Fire Redux” and Authorization of Response.
Recommended Action: Approve Response.

9. Comparison of Energy Generation Costs for Calendar Year 2011 -2012 between Pacific Gas and Electric and Marin Clean Energy.
Recommended Action: Receive information.

10. Presentation of the June 30, 2012 Actuarial Report Prepared by Bickmore and Associates of the City’s Liabilities with Respect to Other Post Employment Benefits.

11. Consideration of a Resolution Establishing Policies to Contain and Reduce Costs Associated with the City’s Pension and Other Post Employment Benefits.
