Appreciating Traditional and Non-Traditional Art in a Museum Setting | October 29th, 7:00pm

Have you ever walked into a museum and wondered, "What is this?" "What could it mean?" "What am I supposed to do here?" During this presentation, Heather Murray of the Marin Museum of Contemporary Art will provide the basic tools needed to navigate a museum space. Heather will walk you through analyzing traditional and non-traditional artworks so that you will have a list of helpful questions to consider, and the confidence to trust yourself to develop a reasonable, well-founded interpretation.
