3. Consideration of the Minutes of the November 5, 2012 Regular City Council Meeting. Recommended Action: Approve the November 5, 2012 Regular City Council Meeting minutes.
4. Consideration of a Resolution Authorizing a Suspension of Parking Meter Fees During the Holiday Season of November 23, 2012 to December 31, 2012. Recommended Action: Adopt Resolution No. ___.
5. Summary of General Fund Revenues and Expenditures as of September 30, 2012 and a Forecast of the 2012 – 2013 Fiscal Year. Recommended Action: Receive report.

6. Presentation of findings by the County, Department of Health and Human Services, Regarding Community Health Information. Recommended Action: Receive presentation and discuss as appropriate.

Consideration of an Appeal by Barbara Ford of the Planning Commission’s Approval of an Application for the Renovation of the 4,049 Square Foot Second Floor of an Existing Building at 65 Throckmorton Avenue Proposed by Lee Lum L.P. Recommended Action: Adopt Resolution No. ___ approving the renovation.
