REGISTRATION FORM

Spring 2 Registration begins:	Mon Apr 15 (Online, fax, drop-off, mail)
	Wed Apr 17 (Walk-in)
Spring 2 Session Dates	Mon Apr 29 - Fri June 14 (Supervised Play goes to June 20)
Spring 1 Registration begins:	Mon Feb 11 (Online & drop-off)
	Wed Feb 13 (Walk-in)
Spring 1 Session Dates	Mon Feb 25 - Fri Apr 26

There will be no regular Enrichment Program classes on school breaks, school holidays, or staff development days. Please check the M.V. Schools calendar for specific dates.

Please send a note with students to class if registering 10 days prior to the start date. Role sheets are mailed out to instructors and will not reflect late registration on the first day of class.
