The Friends of the Library Film Committee

The Friends of the Mill Valley Library begin their 12th season of showing free films to our community. Conceived by Joanne Hively, with enthusiastic Board approval, the series began in May 2001.
The current Film Committee comprises original members David Robinson, Dan Druckerman and Joanne Hively, who were joined last year by Board Member Frank Benson.
The Friends purchase the films in the program for the library collection, now ~ 300 films! This year, with the Friends assistance, the Creekside AV System has been upgraded, and new chairs will soon make their debut!
All events are in the Creekside Room of the Mill Valley Library. Admission is free. No reservations required. Doors open at 7:00 pm for the 7:30 viewing.
