Existing Conditions

Below are illustrations of some existing streetscape and landscape components along Miller Avenue.There are four distinct "layers" associated with the existing streetscape:

• Multi-modal circulation (vehicle circulation, transit and parking, bike and pedestrian)  Transportation Report: Part 1, Part 2
• Cultural expression (historic interests, neighborhood connections, "quirks")
• Ecology and landscape (trees and vegetation)
• Infrastructure (drainage, pavement, utility systems)
